I’m a casual CRM user and Packt Publishing provided me with review copy of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 New Features to review it from a different perspective. The book demonstrates new features of CRM 2011 using a consistent scenario to show what’s new. My experience is that some folks will really get this and be able to apply it to their company and others will have trouble. The scenario does provide a good way to demonstrate the new features in CRM 2011 Coverage of new features seemed more suited to someone implementing or upgrading CRM 2011 rather than to the average user. For implementers or administrators the book is well recommended.

This is a great book if you want to learn to use CRM by implementing, configuring and extending CRM using a ‘real-world’ scenario. I now recommend this book to everyone who wants to get started working with CRM. If you are a person who learns by doing rather than just reading then I think you will be pleased with what this book offers.

It is an excellent one – especially for developers. Unlike others, the book is really practical. In this aspect the book provides a comprehensive view of new features of MS CRM 2011. And I think it’s the first one talks about MS Dynamics CRM 2011 published. I highly recommned it
