PanTerra Combines CPaaS and UCaaS

Leading provider of Unified Cloud solutions for the mid-market, PanTerra networks recently announced the expansion of their CPaaS solution, Streams. The CPaaS offering is evolving with the arrival of Streams Extensions, APIs, and the appearance of the “AppDesigner” service.

Companies can now implement Streams as a UCaaS or CPaaS solution depending on their strategy. CPaaS interfaces include access to the APIs from PanTerra, which offer programmatic access to content and services within Streams. The Streams API offering is launching initially with support for Call Detail Records, Click-to-Call, SMS, and Call Recording. In Phase 2, PanTerra will add user management and administration features to the mix.

Access Call Detail records through your CRM to execute more detailed agent analysis, including efficiency and performance analysis using the Streams CDR API
Access multiple or specific call recordings using third-party analytics applications or access archival storage with the Call Recording API
