Excellent primer for the uninformed,
I love Dummies books for the simple fact that they are structured to inform the uniformed. They speak a common language without getting to heavy. After reading a dummies book on any subject I feel that I am ready to move on to more language heavy books of the same subject. This book is no different. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a desk reference, a refresher, or someone who is just getting started.

A MUST read for any customer of CRM On Demand!,
I’d recommend this book for any company administrator that subscribes to Oracle’s CRM On Demand product, regardless of deployment status. At just over 200 pages, this book is outstanding and written in a way that is easy to read and comprehend. My team often works with CRMOD customers who are new to a SaaS model and confused about shared obligations and planning their implementation/deployment. Everything you need to know is clearly laid out in this book. If you are using a 3rd party integrator for your CRMOD deployment, don’t ignore this book! Your success will be magnified as a result of reading it. There are great ideas on process improvement, how to deploy workflows, reporting & analytics and many other best practice suggestions that can and should be considered.
