    Every day I have to contend with a lot of customers for a company. I was very inquiring to study regarding the loyalty programs and refining customer relationship. Without a firm CRM it is very tough to keep track of customers. By examining the book I extended acquaintance on four sorts of loyalty programs, its welfares and effectiveness of implementation. After going through a lot I reached a conclusion that loyalty programs do positively appreciated for a company to retain hale and hearty customer relationship.

    I am looking to start a business which will succeed or fail based on customer loyalty and keeping customers. I am looking into CRM tactics before I start so I can focus on things that work well. This book was very helpful to me. It has opened my eyes to loyalty programs and gave me perspective on what works and what doesn’t. This book did what I needed it to. I got the information I was looking for.
