In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to leverage the integration between Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to improve corporate collaboration, staff productivity, and make your organization more agile.
It’s a shame that the SharePoint Online integration does not yet work with CRM Online in the Office 365 beta version. Sure, I can install the list component for SharePoint Online, but since I can’t add .htc to the list of allowed file extensions, the buttons in the document folder remain inactive when viewed through CRM entity forms (unlike in this video). Will we need to wait for the RTW of Office 365 before being able to demonstrate this functionality in real life?
