I am almost finished with Chapter 2 “Designing a Great User Experience” and this book has already been a game changer. I have not seen so many best practices well communicated in one place with zero fluff.
This chapter alone is a must read for anyone who customizes CRM or Business Analysts collecting requirements for CRM.

Even if the remaining 200 pages were blank, I’d feel like I got my money’s worth.
