Hosted PBX and CRMs working together in harmony could be the key to taking customer service and experience to the next level. At least, this is what a partnership dating back to 2018 with Mondago and netsapiens set out to do. Chris Bloom, Mondago’s North American Director of Sales, said the company was impressed with the growth rate of netsapiens’ CPaaS platform and decided then to partner. “In 2018, when we first decided to work with netsapiens, they had incredible growth, over thirty percent growth per year (number of seats) – that figure continues to rise.”

The partnership resulted in the creation of Go Communicator for netsapiens, a PC client solution that enables standard-level integration with over 250 CRMs on netsapiens-hosted telephone systems. Getting the offering into the hands of enterprises is done by a wide array of resellers, with a breadth of experience. Bloom told me, the duo works in unison to keep customers satisfied, by understanding first how they use the software so they only have access to the most relevant features. “Our service providers are unique and have a good engagement level,” Bloom told me. He also said, the company speaks with C-level executives so they work from the top of the organization all the way to project coordinators, and system admins, etc. “This adds to the success of the product.”

Caller ID preview, click-to-dial, a searchable address book, and popping to a contact record are all possible with the application and there are at least five new CRM integrations added or updated to the application each month. “Our developers dedicate their days to designing integrations with some of the world’s leading CRMs, and calls made/received are auto-logged into CRMs.” Recently, netsapiens issued the most up-to-date version of its software, pushing out software update number 41. This, I’m told, sparked a renewed interest among enterprise leaders who realized the importance of having strong CRM integrations, especially during the novel Coronavirus pandemic.

“We’ve been successful at adding activity and call logging to 20+ CRMs including Salesforce and Zoho to meet this demand, along with making improvements and adding new features down the road”

According to Grandview Research, in 2019, the global customer relationship management market size was valued at $40 billion – it’s expected to grow at CAGR of 14.2 percent between 2020 and 2027. The report found the CRM industry’s driven by the “Growing demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) in the deployment of customer relationship management (CRM) suites and solutions.” Mondago and netsapiens could, therefore, be on to something golden if they can help users realize a solution that caters to their specific needs.

Back in April, Mondago launched its popular Go Integrator offering for Chrome. And in May, the company released Go Integrator for Webex Calling, giving a boost to an already strong proposition. The company has a history of fruitful partnerships, having partnered with Metaswitch and others to further boost its offering. Its latest partnership renewal could further boost Mondago’s telephony and CRM integration platform which boasts over 200 CRM integrations available for its customers to date.
