I ordered this book in the hope that I could gain some additional expertise on the Zoho CRM. I can truthfully state that this book did not help at all. There are eighteen pages dealing with the CRM, and they really are meant to be a basic overview of the interface and do not go past basic navigation instructions.

If you are looking to make a decision on whether or not to use the Zoho products, this book would provide an adequate overview of the modules, but do not look for this book to help you if you have spent any time at all using the CRM.

nothing really great…pretty much bare minimum information. i literally never opened this book again after the first read through b/c it was useless beyond that.
